Board Agendas/Minutes

SPYHA board meetings are typically held on the third Sunday of each month at 8 PM. The agenda for each month will be posted the week of the meeting. Minutes for each month are posted following board review and approval. 

Board meetings are open to the public, though occasionally there may be a topic that needs to be "closed". Please contact a board member if you are interested in presenting at the meeting, or addressing the board with questions, comments, concerns, or feedback.

Below you will find the upcoming agenda, and minutes for the last 12 months. Any minutes older than 12 months are archived and available upon request.
